We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the terms below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.neurokalm@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
⚠️ Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale items or gift cards.

Custom or personalized products.

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
7. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 calendar days of delivery for any reason, without justification.
The item must still meet the same conditions: unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
